On a downstream side of the upper curved surfaceformingapparatus (5), a shaping apparatus (7) horizontally moves such a pastry formedby theupper curved surface forming apparatus (5), and performs a shaping action forthepastry. Moreover, on a downstream side of the shaping apparatus (7), animprintingapparatus (9) presses a template against an upper portion of the pastrysubjected tothe shaping action by the shaping apparatus (7), and imprints, to the upperportion, anappropriate groove-shaped pattern provided in the template. The pastryproducingapparatus (3) composes one unit (U1). The upper curved surface formingapparatus(5), the shaping apparatus (7) and the imprinting apparatus (9) composeanother unit(U2) in combination with one another.
