A method of making a makauy pineapple cake is provided. The method includes: grinding a pineapple to obtain pineapple cake filling mixing dough and makauy powder to obtain makauy dough makauy dough covering pineapple cake filling in a predetermined weight ratio to obtain an unbaked makauy pineapple cake and baking the unbaked makauy pineapple cake in about 100℃ to about 140℃ to obtain the makauy pineapple cake. The makauy pineapple cake manufactured by this method has advantages being natural, healthy and delicious.本發明係揭露一種製造馬告鳳梨酥之方法,包含下述步驟:將鳳梨攪碎,以獲得鳳梨酥內餡;將麵皮與馬告粉混合,以獲得馬告麵皮;馬告麵皮以預定重量比例包覆鳳梨酥內餡,以獲得未經烘烤之馬告鳳梨酥;以及將未經烘烤之馬告鳳梨酥以約100℃至約140℃之溫度烘烤,以獲得馬告鳳梨酥。藉由此法製得之馬告鳳梨酥,具有天然、健康及美味之優點。S11~S14‧‧‧步驟
