A method of making a makauy pineapple cake is provided. The method includes: grinding a pineapple to obtain pineapple cake filling mixing dough and makauy powder to obtain makauy dough makauy dough covering pineapple cake filling in a predetermined weight ratio to obtain an unbaked makauy pineapple cake and baking the unbaked makauy pineapple cake in about 100℃ to about 140℃ to obtain the makauy pineapple cake.
