PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage containing catechins as ingredients, in which the unique flavor of catechins is improved.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a beverage characterized by containing: at least one kind a first ingredient selected from the group consisting of tectorigenins and 6-hydroxy-genistein 6,7-di-O-glucoside and at least one kind of a second ingredient selected from the group consisting of catechins and gallic acid.
