PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various problems caused by a fact that a load sensor is constituted separately from a bed and installed outside, although various means for detecting a load on a floor of a bed are proposed.SOLUTION: In this actuator with a built-in load sensor, one end side of a screw shaft 1 is rotatably supported by a base 2, and a female screw member 3 is screwed with the screw shaft. An operation rod body 4 fixed to the female screw member is configured to move forward and backward in an axial direction of the screw shaft. The base includes a thrust bearing 6 coaxially with the screw shaft, and an operation tube body 8 supporting one end side of the screw shaft in the axial direction via the bearing. A detection tube body 9 is provided between the operation tube body and a supporting member 8 on the base side, and a distortion gauge 10 is mounted to an outer face of the detection tube body, so as to solve the above problems.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベッドの床上の荷重を検出するための種々の手段が提案されているが、荷重センサがベッドと別体に構成され、また外部に設置されているため種々の課題がある。【解決手段】本発明では、ねじシャフト1の一端側を基体2に回転可能に支持すると共に、ねじシャフトに雌ねじ部材3を螺合し、雌ねじ部材に固定した作動棒体4をねじシャフトの軸方向に進退可能に構成したアクチュエータにおいて、基体には、ねじシャフトと同軸に、スラスト軸受け6と、それを介してねじシャフトの一端側を軸方向に支持する作動筒体8を設けると共に、この作動筒体と、基体側の支持部材8との間に検出筒体9を設け、検出筒体の外面に歪みゲージ10を取り付けた荷重センサ内蔵アクチュエータにより上記の課題を解決するものである。【選択図】図1
