PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a seeder for pots is operated even on an edge of a pot tray for raising seedlings because the distance between a perforating device and a seeding device is increased when the perforating device is installed in a conventional vacuum suction type seeder.SOLUTION: This seeder for the pots is obtained by continuously arranging the perforating device 5 and a seeding device 4 on a transporting conveyor 3, installing a perforation sensor 33 for controlling the operation of the perforating device 5 and a seeding sensor 36 for controlling the operation of the seeding device 4 on the sides of the former steps of the respective devices 5 and 4 on the transporting conveyor 3 and composing the perforating device 5 of the perforation sensor 33, a perforation supporting frame 22 provided so that the position can be regulated in the transporting direction and vertical directions, a perforation cylinder 26 mounted in the vertical directions in the perforation supporting frame 22, a perforation rod 27 mounted on the tip of a piston rod of the perforation cylinder 26 and a positioning plate 32 integrally mounted on the perforation rod 27.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 従来の真空吸着式播種機に穴あけ装置を設けた場合、穴あけ装置と播種装置の間の距離が長くなっていたために、育苗ポットトレイの縁部上でも作動して傷めることがあった。【解決手段】 搬送コンベア3上に穴あけ装置5と播種装置4とを連続して配置して、搬送コンベア3上に、穴あけ装置5の作動を制御する穴あけセンサー33と、播種装置4の作動を制御する播種センサー36をそれぞれの装置の前工程側に設け、前記穴あけ装置を、前記穴あけセンサー33と、搬送方向及び上下方向に位置調整可能に設けた穴あけ支持フレーム22と、該穴あけ支持フレームに垂直方向に取り付けた穴あけシリンダ26と、該穴あけシリンダのピストンロッド先端に取り付けた穴あけ棒27と、該穴あけ棒に一体的に取り付ける位置決めプレート32より構成した。
