PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor structure with which it is possible to even more accurately detect a load applied to an object than conventionally possible.SOLUTION: The sensor structure comprises: a shank provided with a shaft support for pivotally supporting an object attached by protruding from a tabular flat support plate variably in three-dimensional X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis directions in accordance with a load from the outside and a 3-axial force sensor for detecting the load to the object by being attached integrally with the support plate, the 3-axial force sensor pivotally supporting the object; a strain-generating element that receives the load for the object via the shank; a strain gauge for the X axis, affixed to one surface of the strain-generating element, for detecting a force component in the X-axis direction; a strain gauge for the Y axis, affixed to one surface of the strain-generating element, for detecting a force component in the Y-axis direction; and a strain gauge for the Z axis, affixed to one surface of the strain-generating element between the strain gauge for the X axis and the strain gauge for the Y axis, for detecting a force component in the Z-axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】対象物に付与される荷重を従来に比して一段と正確に検出し得るセンサ構造体を提供する。【解決手段】板状の平坦な支持板から突出した状態で取り付けられる対象物を外部からの負荷に応じて3次元のX軸方向、Y軸方向およびZ軸方向へ可動自在に軸支する軸支持体と、支持板と一体に取り付けられた状態で対象物に対する荷重を検出する3軸力センサとを備え、3軸力センサは、対象物を軸支する軸部と、対象物に対する荷重を軸部を介して受ける起歪体部と、当該起歪体部の一方の面に対してX軸方向力成分を検出するために貼り付けられたX軸用歪ゲージと、当該起歪体部の一方の面に対してY軸方向力成分を検出するために貼り付けられたY軸用歪ゲージと、X軸用歪ゲージとY軸用歪ゲージとの間であって、Z軸方向力成分を検出するために起歪体部の一方の面に貼り付けられたZ軸用歪ゲージとを備える。【選択図】図1
