PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a collagen repair/detoxification accelerator having the performance of inducing the expression of Hsp90, gp96, Hsp70, gp47 effective for restoring collagen and promoting detoxification.SOLUTION: The method for producing the collagen repair/detoxification accelerator comprises: a step of co-cultivating two or more kinds of lactic acid bacteria to produce a lactic acid bacterial product a step of mixing a metabolic product of bacteria including ethanol, natural alkaline hot spring water, and lactic acid bacteria, in a predetermined ratio with respect to the lactic acid bacterial product a step of aging an aqueous solution obtained by mixing for a predetermined period of time a step of filtering the precipitate in the aqueous solution obtained by aging a step of mixing an aqueous solution obtained by filtration with a predetermined amount of distilled water to produce an extraction solution and a step of carrying out hot water extraction of a modified silk obtained by heat treatment of silk using an extraction solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】コラーゲンの修復や排毒促進に有効なHsp90、gp96、Hsp70、gp47の発現誘導性能を有するコラーゲン修復・排毒促進剤の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】コラーゲン修復・排毒促進剤の製造方法は、複数種の乳酸菌を共生培養して乳酸菌生産物質を生成する工程と、乳酸菌生産物質に対して所定の割合でエタノール、天然アルカリ温泉水、及び乳酸菌を含む菌の代謝産物を混合する工程と、混合して得られた水溶液を所定の期間熟成する工程と、熟成して得られた水溶液中の沈殿物を濾過する工程と、濾過により得られた水溶液に所定の量の蒸留水を混合して抽出用溶液を生成する工程と、絹を加熱処理して得られた変性絹を抽出用溶液を用いて熱水抽出する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図3
