PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of a treatment agent of glaucoma, the methods being able to pull out (or dissolve) a mineral component in a short time without using inorganic acid.SOLUTION: A production method of a treatment agent of glaucoma comprises pulverizing a rock, mixing a pulverized rock and an aqueous solution comprising an organic acid to obtain a mixed aqueous solution, further mixing a plant extract extracted from a plant in the mixed aqueous solution to obtain a mixed solution, and reducing the volume of the mixed solution from 1/80 to 1/120 in a vacuum drying treatment of the mixed solution. Preferably, the production method of a treatment agent of a glaucoma comprises adding a seaweed to the mixed solution. The rock is igneous rock and preferably granite.
