PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide irbesartan-containing tablets having improved dissolution property of irbesartan after long-term storage.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment to the invention, provided is an irbesartan-containing tablet obtained by granulating a mixture containing irbesartan and a disintegrant to prepare a granulated material and further mixing the granulated material and the disintegrant, the granulated material characterized by containing 6% by weight or more of the disintegrant to 100% by weight of the irbesartan. Also provided is the irbesartan-containing tablet obtained by granulating the mixture containing irbesartan and a low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose to prepare the granulated material and further mixing the granulated material and the low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, the granulated material containing 10% by weight of the low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose to 100% by weight of the irbesartan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】長期間保存後のイルベサルタンの溶出性を改善したイルベサルタン含有錠剤を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に一実施形態によると、イルベサルタンと、崩壊剤とを含有する混合物を造粒して造粒物を調製し、前記造粒物と前記崩壊剤とをさらに混合したイルベサルタン含有錠剤であって、前記造粒物は、前記イルベサルタン100重量%に対して、前記崩壊剤を6重量%以上含有することを特徴とする、イルベサルタン含有錠剤が提供される。また、イルベサルタンと、低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースとを含有する混合物を造粒して造粒物を調製し、前記造粒物と前記低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースとをさらに混合したイルベサルタン含有錠剤であって、前記造粒物は、前記イルベサルタン100重量%に対して、前記低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースを10重量%以上含有することを特徴とする、イルベサルタン含有錠剤が提供される。【選択図】図1
