PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material separator for efficiently separating and extracting granular materials from a mixture of granular materials, fibers, and the like.SOLUTION: A separator for separating granular materials from a mixture to be separated which contains the granular materials and unnecessary materials comprises: a storage tank 1 for storing a processing liquid a separation container 2 in which the mixture is accommodated while at least one portion is immersed in the processing liquid in the storage tank 1, and a separation hole for separating both materials by allowing the unnecessary materials to stay inside and the granular materials to pass through is formed and liquid current generation means for generating liquid currents of the processing liquid in opposite directions at the outside and inside of the separation container 2. The granular materials escaped to the outside after passing through the separation hole 23 of the separation container 2 and the unnecessary materials remaining inside the separation container 2 respectively receive liquid currents in the opposite directions. Thus, forces in the opposite directions are applied to the granular materials and the unnecessary materials, and the separation of both materials is facilitated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】繊維等のなかに粒状物が混在した混合物から粒状物を効率よく分離して取り出す粒状物の分離装置を提供する。【解決手段】粒状物と不要物を含む分離処理の対象混合物から上記粒状物を分離するための分離装置であって、処理液を貯留する貯槽1と、少なくとも一部が上記貯槽1の上記処理液に浸漬された状態で上記対象混合物が収容され、上記不要物を内部に残留させて上記粒状物を通過させることにより両者を分離するための分離穴が形成された分離容器2と、上記分離容器2の外側と内側で上記処理液の液流を反対方向に発生させる液流発生手段とを備えた。分離容器2の分離穴23を通過して外側に抜けた粒状物と、分離容器2の内側に残る不要物には、それぞれ反対方向を向いた液流があたる。これにより、粒状物と不要物には互いに反対向きの力が加わり、両者の分離が促進される。【選択図】図1
