PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping device which can easily take out pressed Sushi in which Sushi items are placed on the upper surface of Sushi rice of the pressed Sushi without collapsing the Sushi, and can make the pressed Sushi for a short period of time.SOLUTION: A Sushi shaping box 1 includes: front/rear lateral plates and right/left lateral plates, in which upper/lower surfaces are open. A top plate for blocking an upper surface opening part of the Sushi shaping box 1, and a bottom plate for blocking a lower surface opening part of the Sushi shaping box are detachably provided. At least one of the front lateral plate 2 and the rear lateral plate 3 is releasably mounted on a base. Sushi items are carpeted on the bottom of the Sushi shaping box at which the lower surface opening part of the Sushi shaping box is blocked with the bottom plate, Sushi rice is put on the items, then, the top plate is placed on the Sushi rice, the Sushi rice is pressed by the top plate, then, the Sushi shaping box is turned upside down, and then, the bottom plate is removed as well as at least one of the front lateral plate and the rear lateral plate is fallen. Therefore, the pressed Sushi in which the Sushi items are mounted on the upper surface of the Sushi rice can be easily taken out.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】押し寿司のすし飯の上面に寿司ねたが載った状態の押し寿司を潰すことなく容易に取り出すことができ、短時間で押し寿司を作ることができる成型器を提供する。【解決手段】前後側板、左右側板とで上下面が開口した寿司成形箱1を構成し、前記寿司成形箱1の上面開口部を閉塞する天板と前記寿司成形箱の下面開口部を閉塞する底板とを着脱自在に設けると共に、前側板2と後側板3との少なくとも一方を解放自在に基台に取り付けることにより、寿司成形箱の下面開口部を底板で閉塞した寿司成形箱の底部に寿司ねたを敷くように入れ、その上に寿司飯を入れ、その後、天板を寿司飯の上に載せて天板で寿司飯を押し、その後、寿司成形箱をひっくり返し、その後、底板を取り除くと共に前側板と後側板との少なくとも一方を倒すことにより、寿司飯の上面に寿司ねたが載った状態の押し寿司を簡単に取り出すことが可能。【選択図】図2
