PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled Sushi-forming apparatus which can doubly roll the end portion of rice.SOLUTION: A pair of driving shafts are supported below the center plate of forming plates in an opened state. Driving plates are formed on both the driving shafts to extend forward and backward of the forming plates, respectively. A bending mechanism is provided between the driving plates and the forming plates. In the bending mechanism, the driving shafts contact with both the driving plates and are turned in a closing direction in a central plate-fixed state to bend the long and narrow plates until the long and narrow plates cross at right angles to the central plate, thus forming a U-shape.
