PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for shaping cooked rice capable of easily adjusting the weight of sushi rice.SOLUTION: This device for shaping cooked rice has a mechanism such that sushi rice supplied from a hopper 2 is introduced into a rolling part 3 with two stirring arms 24 which rotatively drive, and is formed in a plate-like form with high density, having upper rollers 31a and b and lower rollers 32a and b which can change a distance between the rollers and are set with many ribs on the roller surface. The sushi rice of a plate-like form is slid to a rolling bamboo screen plate 5 set on a molding part 4 and cut with a cutting blade 342, when it turns into a prescribed length.
