The present invention provides a crushed egg extracting apparatus. The apparatus can detect a crushed egg when eggs are finally packed in an egg seating plate in an automated process to attract and extract the crushed egg detected by the apparatus. The apparatus includes: a body including a conveyor which is installed on a frame to convey the egg seating plates storing the eggs and a discharge conveyor which is installed on an upper side of the conveyor to discharge only the crushed eggs among the eggs stored in the egg seating plates a detecting unit which has piezo sensors installed to be arranged on top of the egg seating plates moved on the conveyor of the body and enables the piezo sensors to come in contact with the outer surfaces of the eggs stored in the egg seating plate in order to detect the crushed eggs in the eggs stored in the egg seating plate by processing a signal from the piezo sensors and a loader unit which has suction pads installed to be connected to a vacuum pump to generate a vacuum pressure on the inside to attract the crushed eggs detected by the detecting unit through using the vacuum pressure and move the crushed eggs to the discharging conveyor and operates the rotate suction pads between the conveyor and the discharging conveyor at a predetermined angle.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명의 목적은 자동화 공정에 의해 최종적으로 난좌판에 계란이 포장된 상태에서 파각란을 검출함과 동시에 검출된 파각란을 흡착하여 추출할 수 있게 한 파각란 추출장치를 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은 계란들이 수용된 난좌판을 이송시킬 수 있게 프레임에 설치된 이송컨베이어와 상기 이송컨베이어의 상부 일측에 설치되어 상기 난좌판에 수용된 계란들 중에서 파각란만을 배출시킬 수 있는 배출컨베이어로 이루어진 본체 상기 본체의 이송컨베이어를 타고 이송된 난좌판의 상부에 위치되게 피에조(Piezo) 센서들이 설치되어 상기 피에조 센서들이 난좌판에 수용된 계란들의 외부면에 접촉되고, 상기 피에조 센서들에 의한 신호 처리에 의해 상기 난좌판에 수용된 계란들 중에서 파각란을 검출할 수 있는 검출부 및 상기 검출부에 의해 검출된 파각란을 진공압으로 흡착하여 상기 난좌판으로부터 배출컨베이어로 운반할 수 있게 내부에 진공압을 형성하도록 진공펌프에 연결된 흡착패드들이 설치되고 상기 흡착패드들이 이송컨베이어와 배출컨베이어의 사이를 소정 각도만큼 회동되게 작동시키는 로더부를 포함한다.
