An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for detecting a bio-signal and a contact state, capable of measuring the bio-signal even if a user sits down or lies on the apparatus according to the present invention by being installed in a position like a cushion of a chair, and a method for detecting a bio-signal and a contact state thereby. The apparatus for detecting a bio-signal and a contact state using a cushion, an image, and a sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an input unit which includes a seat which includes one surface to which the motion of the user is acted and has a function to be restored to an initial shape if the motion of the user is released, and an inner spaced which is sealed from the outside； a plurality of markers which are arranged and installed on the one surface of the seat； an image pickup unit which collects a marker image as the photographed image of the marker which is changed by corresponding to the motion of the user； and a sensor unit which is installed on a part of the inner space of the input unit and recognizes vibration transmitted to the inner space of the input unit.본 발명의 일실시 예는 의자 등의 쿠션과 같은 위치에 설치되어, 본 발명의 장치에 사용자가 앉거나 누워있기만 해도 생체신호를 측정할 수 있는 생체신호 및 접촉상태 검출 장치 및 이에 의한 생체신호 및 접촉상태 검출 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 쿠션, 영상, 센서를 이용한 생체신호 및 접촉상태 검출 장치는, 일면에 사용자의 움직임이 작용하고, 상기 사용자의 움직임이 해소되면 초기형상으로 복원되는 기능을 갖는 시트를 포함하며, 외부로부터 내부공간이 밀폐되어 있는 입력부； 상기 시트 일면에 복수 개 배열되어 설치되는 마커； 상기 사용자의 움직임에 대응하여 변화하는 상기 마커의 촬영이미지로서의 마커이미지를 수집하는 촬상부； 및 상기 입력부의 내부공간 일부위에 설치되며, 상기 입력부의 내부공간으로 전달되는 진동을 인식하는 센서부；를 포함한다.
