The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cracked egg extractor capable of detecting cracked eggs and simultaneously adsorbing and extracting the cracked eggs in a state where eggs are finally packaged in an egg tray through an automated process. The present invention comprises: a main body comprising a transfer conveyor which is installed in a frame so as to be able to transfer an egg tray on which eggs are accommodated, and a discharge conveyor which can discharge only cracked eggs among the eggs accommodated on the egg tray, the discharge conveyor being installed at one side of the upper part of the transfer conveyor a detection unit for detecting cracked eggs among the eggs accommodated on the egg tray through signal processing by piezo sensors, the piezo sensors being installed to be located in the upper part of the egg tray that is transferred by means of the transfer conveyor of the main body so that the piezo sensors can be brought into contact with the outer surfaces of the eggs accommodated on the egg tray and a loader unit for actuating adsorption pads so as to rotate a predetermined angle between the transfer conveyor and the discharge conveyor, the adsorption pads being installed to be connected to a vacuum pump to form vacuum pressure within the loader unit so that the cracked eggs detected by the detection unit are adsorbed by means of the vacuum pressure and conveyed from the egg tray to the discharge conveyor.Lobjectif de la présente invention est de fournir un extracteur dœufs fissurés capable de détecter des œufs fissurés et de simultanément aspirer et évacuer les œufs fissurés lors dune étape demballage final dœufs en plateau sur une ligne de production automatisée.
