PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing mist-jetting device dispensing with a liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger and further, prevented from providing a user with discomfort due to jetting of cold water from a mist jetting part.SOLUTION: The bathing mist-jetting device includes: mist-jetting hot-water temperature detection means TH1 stop/continuation time measuring means for measuring a stop/continuation time of mist-jetting operation and a threshold time setup part for setting up a threshold time of the stop/continuation time according to a temperature of mist-jetting hot water when stopping the mist-jetting operation. When the stop/continuation time is the threshold time or less, the bathing mist-jetting device executes the mist-jetting operation by an operation of any of a first mist-jetting sauna switch 34 outside a bathroom and a second mist-jetting sauna switch 134 inside the bathroom.
