PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer for detecting a storage state of a cuff without providing a special sensor.SOLUTION: The electric sphygmomanometer 100 includes: a casing 110 having a cuff storing section for storing a cuff, an operating section formed in a lid member 102 formed on the casing 110 and accepting an input operation, and a notifying section for performing notification operation while the input operation is performed on the operating section. When the input operation is performed on the operating section depending on the cuff storing state, for example, a sub-liquid crystal display section 104 blinks.
