PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter handle in which the maximum bending amount of the distal end of a catheter tube can be adjusted within an appropriate range without changing tension on an operating wire.SOLUTION: The catheter handle has a handle body 24, a slide operating section 50, and a slide amount adjusting section 70 for adjusting the movement distance of the slide operating section 50 by changing the mounting position of the slide amount adjusting section, wherein an operating wire 30 is inserted through a catheter tube 40 of which the proximal end of which is fixed to the handle body 24, and by moving the slide operating section 50 in the proximal end direction relative to the handle body 24, the distal end of the catheter tube 40 is bent, and the proximal end of the slide operating section 50 abuts on the distal end of the slide amount adjusting section 70 positioned relative to the handle body 24, inhibiting movement of the slide operating section 50, thereby stopping the bending motion of the distal end of the catheter tube 40.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】操作用ワイヤの張力を変化させずに、カテーテルチューブの遠位端部の最大曲がり量を適正な範囲に調整できるカテーテル用ハンドルの提供。【解決手段】ハンドル本体24と、スライド操作部50と、装着位置を変えることでスライド操作部50の移動距離を調整するスライド量調整部70とを有し、ハンドル本体24に近位端が固定されたカテーテルチューブ40内には操作用ワイヤ30が挿通され、ハンドル本体24に対してスライド操作部50を近位端方向に移動することで、カテーテルチューブ40の遠位端部が曲折し、ハンドル本体24に対して位置決めされたスライド量調整部70の遠位端に、スライド操作部50の近位端が当接してスライド操作部50の移動が抑止されることにより、カテーテルチューブ40の遠位端部の曲折動作が停止する。【選択図】 図4
