A catheter handle, wherein the catheter handle can easily stop a rotation plate at a desired rotated position and wherein force for operating the rotation plate can be finely adjusted and varies a little, once set and with time. A catheter handle is provided with a handle body, a rotation operating section rotatably mounted to the handle body, a cap engaged through a screw thread thereof with a screw thread section of the handle body and an elastic member provided between the handle body and the rotation operating section such that operational force for operating the rotation operating section in the rotational direction thereof changes according to the position at which the cap is fixed by the screw thread engagement, and a click sensation applying means mounted between the cap and the handle body and applying click sensation to a user according to the rotational pitch angle of the cap relative to the handle body.
