PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular operation device which can apply as required an operating force amount to a manipulation wire with a simple mechanism, can reduce the operating force amount which pulls the manipulation wire, and is excellent in maneuverability.
SOLUTION: The tubular operation device includes a slender inserting section 11 in which the distal end 12 and a curve portion 13 are arranged on the tip side, an operation part 53 prepared on the at-hand-side of this inserting section, the manipulation wire 16 which is extended on the distal end side through the inside of the inserting section from the operation part side to fix one end section to the distal end, a pulley 19 in which the halfway section of this manipulation wire is winding arranged in a relaxation state, a motor 31 which rotates this pulley in a direction in which the manipulation wire is pulled, and an operating lever 23 which performs a direction operating the activation section by pulling the manipulation wire extended on the operation part side by being wound by the pulley.
