PURPOSE: A drink composition containing melon concentrate, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the browning and precipitating phenomena inside the composition during processing and storing processes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a drink composition containing melon concentrate comprises the following steps: removing the skin and seeds from muskmelon having the sweetness of 13-20Brix, and crushing and extracting the melon before firstly filtering, concentrating, sterilizing, and secondly filtering to obtain the melon concentrate； mixing 0.001-5wt% of milk protein-containing powder, 0.5-20wt% of sucrose, and the balance of 40-50 deg C water, and stirring the mixture to obtain a first mixture； inserting 0.05-10wt% of melon concentrate into the first mixture to obtain a second mixture； melting 0.005-1wt% of acidifier in water for 10-30 minutes to obtain a third mixture； mixing the second and third mixtures, and homogenizing the mixture； and sterilizing the mixture at 90-140 deg C for 5 seconds-10 minutes.본 발명은 조성물 총 중량에 대하여, 멜론 농축액 0.05~10중량%； 유단백 함유 분체 0.001~5중량%； 자당이 100%인 당 0.5~20중량%； 산미제 0.005~1.0중량%； 및 물 잔량을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜론 음료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
