The present invention relates to a microbial agent including novel LactobacillusfermentumSJ8256 (Accession No: KCTC 12516BP) strains, the culture of the same, or a mixture thereof as an active ingredient to control pathogenic livestock bacteria. More specifically, the Lactobacillus strains shows a strong antibacterial effect against the pathogenic bacteria resistant to various drugs when the Lactobacillus strains isolated from the nature are cultured after being mixed with Salmonella (Salmonellasp.) and Escherichia coli (E. coli) resistant to various drugs. The present invention can increase the effectiveness of the antibacterial activity compared to various antibiotics currently available on the market. Accordingly, the LactobacillusfermentumSJ8256 strains, the culture of the same, and the mixture thereof can be used as the active ingredients of the microbial agent to control the pathogenic livestock bacteria.본 발명은 신규 락토바실러스 퍼멘텀 SJ8256(Lactobacillusfermentum SJ8256； 기탁번호: KCTC 12516BP) 균주, 상기 균주의 배양액 또는 이들의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 축산병원성 세균 방제용 미생물 제제에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 자연으로부터 분리된 락토바실러스 퍼멘텀 SJ8256을 다재내성 병원성균인 살모넬라속(Salmonella sp.) 및 대장균(E. coli)과 함께 혼용 배양하였을 때, 상기 락토바실러스 균주는 상기 다재내성 병원균에 대하여 강력한 항균효과를 나타내고, 이는 현재 사용되고 있는 다양한 항생제와 비교하였을 때 현저하게 상승되는 효과를 나타내므로, 상기 락토바실러스 퍼멘텀 SJ8256 균주, 이의 배양액 또는 이들의 혼합물은 축산병원성 세균 방제용 미생물 제제의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
