PURPOSE: A vaccine containing inactivated Streptococcus suis serotype 3 is provided to enhance immunity against Streptococcus suis and to prevent swine polyserositis. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine for preventing swine polyserositis contains inactivated Streptococcus suis serotype 3 as an active ingredient. The inactivation is performed by treatment of formalin. The Streptococcus suis serotype 3 is deposited by deposit number KCCM 11034P. The vaccine further contains aluminium hydroxide gel as an adjuvant. The vaccine is used for preventing swine polyserosis by oral, nasal, anus, intramuscular, intravenous, or subcutaneous administration.본 발명은 불활화된 연쇄상구균(Streptococcussuis) 혈청형 타입 3형을 유효성분으로 함유하는 돼지 다발성 장막염 예방용 백신을 제공한다.본 발명이 제공하는 돼지 다발성 장막염 예방용 백신은 돼지에 투여되어 다발성 장막염을 일으키는 연쇄상구균에 대한 면역력을 증가시켜 연쇄상구균에 의해 발생하는 다발성 장막염을 예방할 수 있으므로, 다발성 장막염의 발병 위험에 취약한 국내 양돈 농가에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
