Two ends of a holding handle of a supporting member are connected with traction ropes of two rotation mechanisms. A self-cleaning belt stretches out of a belt discharging reel and enter a sterilization mechanism after penetrating guide parts at the two ends of the holding handle to be connected with a belt feeding reel which is meshed with a brake wheel of a sterilization mechanism. A roller on a control valve rod slides in a curved groove of the side of the brake wheel, the belt feeding reel rotates to drive a control valve to be turned off, and accordingly, disinfectants in a liquid storage bottle enter a main rolling shaft and are permeated into a soft rolling shaft, the self-cleaning belt performs intermittent motion when the holding handle is moved vertically, the soft rolling shaft performs spreading and sterilization on the self-cleaning belt synchronously, and the sterilization mechanism performs automatic quantitative liquid supply, accordingly, the uniform spreading of the disinfectants is guaranteed effectively, a good sterilization effect is provided, and the device can be used repeatedly.
