PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus that facilitates transfer of a subject, and enables the transfer to be performed in a way that imposes little burden on a nurse and the subject.SOLUTION: An X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus includes an X-ray detection part 104 disposed opposed to an X-ray generation part 103 for irradiating an X-ray onto a subject that detects an X-ray transmitting the subject, an X-ray image processing part 113 for performing image processing for an X-ray signal output from the X-ray detection part and generating an X-ray image, a display part 114 for displaying the X-ray image generated by the X-ray image processing part, a top plate 102 that is supported by a support frame 108 and can mount the subject 101, a winding shaft 122 installed in the support frame, to which a belt is attached so that the belt is wound, a top plate side-to-side moving part 118 for moving the top plate in a transverse direction, and a transmission mechanism for transmitting the power of the top plate side-to-side moving part to the winding shaft.
