PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple connection belt mechanism capable of being optionally adjusted the length of a lower limb connecting elastic tool connected to the distal end of a moment arm.SOLUTION: A belt winding shaft is provided on each of both left and right sides of the moment arm, a bearing member is provided on both sides of the belt winding shaft, and the lower end of a turning support arm is pivoted to the bearing member in parallel with the belt winding shaft.
