PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which since the middle part of a threshing cylinder has low rigidity, the vibration during rotation is large so that the rotation goes off course to lower the threshing processing accuracy.SOLUTION: In a thresher, a threshing cylinder 21 is mounted by a longitudinal threshing shaft 27 in a threshing chamber 22, a taper-like tapered part 23 increased in diameter as it goes toward the rear end is formed on the front part of the threshing cylinder 21, a cylindrical cylinder part 24 is formed on a region extending from the longitudinal middle part of the threshing cylinder 21 to the rear part, a support member 28 for supporting the longitudinal middle part of the threshing cylinder 21 on the threshing shaft 27 is provided in the threshing cylinder 21, and a region in the vicinity of the front end part of the cylinder part 24 on the inner peripheral surface side of the threshing cylinder 21 is provided with a reinforcement member 30 not connected to the threshing shaft 27.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】扱胴の中間部分の剛性が低いため、回転中の振動が大きく、回転がぶれることにより脱穀処理精度が低下するという課題がある。【解決手段】扱室22内に前後方向の扱胴軸27により扱胴21を軸装し、該扱胴21の前部に、後端側ほど径が大きくなるテーパー状のテーパー部23を形成し、該扱胴21の前後方向中間部から後部にわたる部位に円筒状の円筒部24を形成し、該扱胴21の前後方向の中間部を扱胴軸27に支持する支持部材28を扱胴21内に設け、扱胴21の内周面側における円筒部24の前端部近傍の部位には、前記扱胴軸27とは連結されない補強部材30を設けた脱穀装置。【選択図】図2
