PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device capable of stably lowering and lifting a patient support part, and a medical examination table.SOLUTION: A lifting device 1 includes a fixed shaft 12 fixed to a base 11, a moving shaft 13 on whose upper end part a seat support part 14 for supporting a patient is connected, and which is disposed in parallel with the fixed shaft 12, a lifting member 40 that connects the fixed shaft 12 and the moving shaft 13, and is lifted and lowered along the fixed shaft 12, a hydraulic cylinder 30A for lifting and lowering the lifting member 40 with respect to the fixed shaft 12, and a hydraulic cylinder 30B for lifting and lowering the moving shaft 13 with respect to the lifting member 40.
