PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad holder which allows an absorption pad used together to be easily fitted to the crotch portion of a wearer, and is excellent in attachable/detachable property and wearing feeling.
SOLUTION: The underpants-shaped pad holder 1 includes a waist opening portion 5 and a pair of leg openings 6, 6, so as to be put on by setting an absorption pad on the skin-facing surface of the crotch portion. The pad holder has elongation property in a vertical direction and expansion/contraction property in a width direction. When the pad holder is in use, a front body portion covers the iliac crests of the wearer. A waist opening elastic part 51 is formed in the peripheral edge of the waist opening portion 5. A pair of front body portion first elongation suppressing portions 21, 22 are formed so as to be extended toward the both sides of a front body upper half portion from the width-direction center side of a front body lower half portion and also to allow the respective partial portions 21c, 22c to be positioned in the upper parts of the iliac crests 8, 8 of the wearer when the pad holder is in use. Parts closest to the waist opening portion in the front body portion first elongation suppressing portions 21, 22 are separated from the waist opening elastic part 51.
