PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom clothing with a puerperal pad supporting function in which a puerperal pad is pressed and fixed to a body side while supporting the puerperal pad from the outside of shorts, and thereby the leakage of blood and lochia can be prevented more reliably even in the intense exercise of vertical motion and during sleep.SOLUTION: A bottom clothing for supporting a puerperal pad has a front body part and a back-body part. Two long elastic members are sewn in parallel at predetermined intervals from an upper edge of the front body part to a crotch part.
