PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad holder which allows an absorption pad used together to be kept in a stably fitting state to the crotch part of a wearer, and is excellently attached/detached and fitted.
SOLUTION: The pad holder 1 includes a waist opening 5 and a pair of leg openings 6, 6, so as to be an underpants type pad holder to be put on by setting an absorptive pad 7 on the skin-facing surface of the crotch part. The pad holder has elongation property in a vertical direction and expansion/contraction property in a width direction. The front body part 2 covers the anterior superior iliac spines 8, 8 of the wearer when the pad holder is put on, and a waist opening elastic part 51 is formed in the peripheral edge of the waist opening 5. A pair of front body part elongation suppressing parts 21, 22 are extended from the center of the with direction in the lower half part of the front body part to the both right and left sides of the upper half part of the front body part, and are respectively partially positioned at the upper parts of the anterior superior iliac spines of the wearer when the pad holder is put on. The parts of the elongation suppressing parts 21, 22 closest to the waist opening part are separated from the waist opening elastic part 51.
