PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wash-free rice formed by being coated with a powdery food product excellent in both coating property and a state after rice cooking； and to provide a production method of wash-free rice coated with the powdery food product.SOLUTION: Wash-free rice is formed by coating the surface of rice with an edible oil and a powdery food product.
