A compound represented by Structural Formula (II): ** Formula ** or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which: X is selected from hydrogen, - (C1-C7) alkyl, carbocyclyl, aryl and heteroaryl; each of R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, (C1-C7) alkyl, cycloalkyl (C3-C6) -alkyl (C1-C4), alkoxy (C1-C7) -alkyl (C1-C4), cycloalkoxy (C3 -C6) -C1-C4 alkyl, cycloalkyl (C3-C6), aryl, arylalkyl (C1-C4), aryloxyalkyl (C1-C4), arylthioalkyl (C1-C4), arylsufinyl-alkyl (C1-C4), arylsulfonylalkyl (C1-C4) and - O-alkyl (C1-C7), or R1 and R2, taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaryl, or a monocyclic heterocycle, bicyclic condensate, bridged bicyclic or bicyclic spiro, wherein the heteroaryl or heterocycle optionally contains one or two additional heteroatoms independently selected from N, O and S; and RF is selected from hydrogen, (C1-C7) alkyl, carbocyclyl, aryl and heteroaryl; wherein each alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy and cycloalkoxy moiety in the groups represented by R1 and R2 and each heterocycle represented by NR1R2 taken together is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of (C1-C4) alkyl, halo, -OH, (C1-C4) alkoxy, (C1-C4) alkylthio (C1-C4) alkylsulfinyl, (C1-C4) alkylsulfonyl, (C1-C4) alkoxy (C1-C4) alkyl and -N ( R3) (R4); and each aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, arylsufinyl and arylsulfonyl moiety in the groups represented by R1 and R2 and each heteroaryl represented by NR1R2 taken together are optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of (C1-C4) alkyl , halo, -OH, (C1-C4) alkoxy, -Salkyl (C1-C4), -S (O) (C1-C4) alkyl, -S (O) 2 (C1-C4) alkyl, (C1-C4) alkoxy ) -C1-C4 alkyl, -N (R3) (R4); -CN, haloalkyl (C1-C4) and haloalkoxy (C1-C4), and each of R3 and R4 is independently selected from the group consisting of -H and (C1-C4) alkyl, wherein (C1-) alkyl C4) represented by R3
