PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture apparatus, in which a puncture needle can be reused, capable of selecting permission/prohibition of a used puncture needles reuse by switching.SOLUTION: The puncture apparatus includes a switching member 135 that regulates movement of a moving member 130 to a predetermined position when it is recharged, and a recharge selection mechanism 136 that selects whether a plunger is moved again to the predetermined position in relation to the switching member 135 or not. The recharge selection mechanism 136 allows the switching member 135 to be away from a slit part 133 when recharge is permitted.
