The present invention relates to a method for producing functional garlic salt, comprising the following steps: (a) a cleaning step for cleaning bay salt, garlic, shiitake, and onion; (b) a dehydration step for removing moisture and bittern from the bay salt cleaned in the cleaning step; (c) a grinding step for grinding bay salt, garlic, shiitake, and onion with particle size of 0.1-0.6 mm; and (d) a mixing step for mixing 5-20 parts by weight of garlic, 5-10 parts by weight of shiitake, and 5-10 parts by weight of onion, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the bay salt. Moreover, provided is functional garlic salt produced by the functional garlic salt production method.본 발명은 (a) 천일염, 마늘, 표고버섯 및 양파를 세척하는 세척단계, (b) 세척단계를 통해 세척된 천일염의 수분 및 간수를 제거하도록 탈수시키는 탈수단계, (c) 천일염, 마늘, 표고버섯 및 양파를 입도 0.1~0.6mm의 분말로 분쇄시키는 분쇄단계 및 (d) 천일염 100 중량부에 대하여, 마늘 5~20 중량부, 표고버섯 5~10 중량부, 양파 5~10 중량부를 혼합하는 혼합단계를 포함하는 기능성 마늘소금 제조방법에 관한 것이다.또한, 기능성 마늘소금 제조방법을 통해 제조된 기능성 마늘소금을 제공할 수 있다.
