PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating implement kit and a heat insulating implement capable of being safely used and capable of accurately recognizing the temperature rise of the heat insulating implement.SOLUTION: The heat insulating implement kit is composed of the flexible heat insulating implement 10 with a bag body 2 filled with a heat storage material 3, and a temperature raising container 4 for storing hot water to be used for raising the temperature by immersing the heat insulating implement 10 in hot water.
