PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete scanning quickly while reducing exposure to an X-ray when complementing detection data in a period when an error occurs.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube is supported by a rotary frame and irradiates an X-ray toward the center of rotation while rotating. An X-ray detector detects intensity of the X-ray irradiated by the X-ray tube and passing through a subject. A specification unit detects that an error occurs in irradiation of the X-ray tube, and specifies a range of a rotation angle of the X-ray tube when the error occurs. When occurrence of the error in the irradiation of the X-ray tube is detected by the specification unit, a control unit causes the X-ray tube to continue the X-ray irradiation, then causes the X-ray tube to suspend the X-ray irradiation in the range of the rotation angle in which detection data is acquired by the X-ray detector, and then executes error control to cause the X-ray tube to irradiate the X-ray in the range of the rotation angle of the X-ray tube when the error occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】エラーが生じていた期間の検出データを補完する際に、Ｘ線による被曝を低減しつつ速やかにスキャンを完了することである。【解決手段】Ｘ線管は、回転フレームによって支持され、回転しながら回転中心に向けてＸ線を照射する。Ｘ線検出器は、Ｘ線管により照射され、被検体を通過したＸ線の強度を検出する。特定部は、Ｘ線管の照射にエラーが生じたことを検知し、エラーが生じたときのＸ線管の回転角度の範囲を特定する。制御部は、Ｘ線管の照射にエラーが生じたことが特定部により検知された場合、Ｘ線管にＸ線の照射を継続させ、継続させた後、既にＸ線検出器により検出データが取得された回転角度の範囲においてＸ線管にＸ線の照射を停止させ、停止させた後、エラーが生じたときのＸ線管の回転角度の範囲においてＸ線管にＸ線の照射を行わせるエラー制御を行う。【選択図】図１
