The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging apparatus and method for acquiring data representing a target object by irradiating a plurality of X-rays having different spectra from different positions when irradiating the object with X-rays. It is possible to investigate X-rays having a heterogeneous X-ray spectrum while changing X-ray irradiation position at the time of radiography.
