PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus capable of performing highly accurate radiation treatment.SOLUTION: A radiographic apparatus 1 is used together with a treatment apparatus 100 equipped with a radiation source 110 for treatment that irradiates a radiation for treatment different from an X-ray to a subject 10 in a state that the radiation source is inserted into the subject 10. The radiographic apparatus 1 includes: an imaging unit 3 having an X-ray tube 31 for irradiating the X-ray and an FPD 32 for detecting the X-ray irradiated from the X-ray tube 31 and transmitting the subject 10； an image forming unit 61 for forming an image on the basis of the X-ray detected by the FPD 32； a display unit 4 for displaying the image formed by the image forming unit 61； and a control unit 5 for controlling a first image by the X-ray of the subject 10 prior to a start of treatment, and a second image by the X-ray of the subject 10 under treatment where the radiation source 110 for treatment is inserted, which is subjected to processing for removing an impact of the radiation for treatment so as to display both of them in the display unit 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】精度の高い放射線による治療を行うことが可能な放射線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】放射線撮影装置１は、被検体１０内に挿入された状態で、Ｘ線と異なる治療用の放射線を被検体１０に対して照射する治療用線源１１０を備える治療装置１００とともに使用される。この放射線撮影装置１は、Ｘ線を照射するＸ線管３１と、Ｘ線管３１から照射され、被検体１０を透過したＸ線を検出するＦＰＤ３２とを備える撮影部３と、ＦＰＤ３２で検出されたＸ線に基づいて画像を形成する画像形成部６１と、画像形成部６１で形成された画像を表示する表示部４と、治療開始前の被検体１０のＸ線による第１画像と、治療用線源１１０が挿入され、治療中の被検体１０のＸ線による第２画像であって、治療用の放射線の影響を除去する処理を施した第２の画像とを、いずれも表示部４に表示可能に制御する制御部５とを有する。【選択図】図１
