A multiaxial mechatronic surgical manipulator relates to the field of laparoscopic surgery, and more particularly to devices for holding and controlling surgical instruments during laparoscopic operations. The present device includes a control panel and a drive portion, which is mounted on a base and consists of successively connected actuating mechanisms, each of which enables the movement of a surgical instrument holder along a given axis (direction), wherein said actuating mechanisms are connected as follows: an actuating mechanism for movement along a vertical axis, which is a fixed link of the drive portion and is secured to the base; an actuating mechanism for movement along a horizontal axis; and an actuating mechanism for rotational movement, with a surgical instrument holder, wherein the axes of all of the actuating mechanisms are mutually perpendicular and are as close to one another as possible, and wherein each actuating mechanism is connected into a common electrical circuit with an electromechanical control panel, which is controlled by the foot of the operator. The invention simplifies the execution of laparoscopic operations by eliminating the need for a separate operator on the surgical team and making it possible for the surgeon themselves to control the manipulator without interruption to the surgical process.L'invention, qui concerne un manipulateur chirurgical électronique-mécanique multi-axes, se rapporte au domaine de la chirurgie laparoscopique et concerne notamment des dispositifs de support et de commande d'un instrument chirurgical lors d'opérations laparoscopiques.
