The present utility model relates to a process for producing canned food product, mutton kaldereta (meat stew) comprising the steps of: cutting the meat (bone-in) into approximately 1x1x1.5 inch, marinating the said meat with specified amount of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, msg., half the total amount of onion and half the total amount of garlic for 30 minutes, sautéing with the remaining amount of garlic and onion using margarine, adding liver spread, tomato paste, chick peas, potatoes, red bell pepper, carrots, cheese, bayleaf, and chili labuyo (Capsicum frutescens), simmering said mixture for 30 minutes, adding the pineapple chunks lastly before putting off flame, filling product into 211x300 cans at 200g/can, sealing the cans with a can seamer, sterilizing it at 15 pounds/square inch (psi) for 1 hour, cooling with running water, cleaning the cans with dry clean cloth, and labeling the products.
