The present utility model relates to a process for producing canned food product from mutton adobo (braised mutton in vinegar, soy sauce and spices) comprising the steps of: cutting the meat (bone-in) into approximately 1cubic inch size marinating the said meat with given amount of soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, monosodium glutamate, bayleaf, brown sugar, salt, 25 grams of onion and 6 grams of garlic for 30 minutes sautéing with the remaining 6 grams garlic and 25 grams onion using oil adding liver spread simmering said mixture for 30 minutes filling product into 211x300 cans at 200g/can while still hot sealing the cans with a can seamer placing the cans in an autoclave sterilizing the said cans at 15 pounds/square inch (psi) for 1 hour cooling with running water cleaning the cans with dry clean cloth and labeling the products.
