Die partikuläre Phase enthält mindestens eine hydrophobe pulverförmige Komponente sowie mindestens zwei hydrophile pulverförmige Komponenten. Der Anteil der partikulären Phase beträgt 75 bis 99,90 Gewichts-% und der Anteil an hydrophilen pulverförmigen Komponenten beträgt maximal 14 Gewichts-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung. Der Anteil an hydrophilen pulverförmigen Komponenten umfasst dabei wenigstens einen hydrophilen Filmbildner und einen hydrophilen Glimmer.
