The present invention relates to a functional food alleviating gout, reducing uric acid, and relieving hangovers, a manufacturing method thereof, and functional fermented foods such as kimchi, red pepper paste, soybean paste, soy sauce, and the like using the same method and, more specifically, to a functional food containing novel plant extracts effective in alleviating gout, reducing uric acid, and relieving hangovers as an active ingredient, which is effective in treating comorbidity with the gout.
