The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an insulating plastic greenhouse using air caps, and an insulating plastic greenhouse manufactured using the same, wherein the insulating plastic greenhouse is conveniently installed to provide excellent insulation, and thus allows for reduction in installation costs while installation workability is improved and allows for reduction in heating or cooling costs by improving insulation property.
