PURPOSE: A dumpling production method is provided to reduce the production costs and time by preventing the generation of remaining dough. CONSTITUTION: Dumpling skins are supplied to a molding frame of a molding unit (S1). Dumpling fillings are supplied to the upper side of the dumpling skins (S2). Edges of the dumpling skins are folded and sealed (S3). Molded dumplings are discharged through a transfer conveyor (S4). The square shaped dumpling skins with first, second, third, and fourth edges are supplied in the dumpling skin supplying step. The first and the third edges are combined, and the second and the fourth edges are combined in the sealing step.
