PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve, though there has been an effort in which ingredients having high nutritional value is added in order to improve the nutritional balance of a burned product of grain powder, the problem that there was a problem that the burned product has a bad looking and also not so good flavor and taste.SOLUTION: We have found that a burned product of grain powder that does not have the smell of the leaves and in which the surface turns to a bright blue-green color as well as the taste and flavor are also good can be made by using a squeezed juice of an edible green plant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】穀物粉の焼成物の栄養バランスを改善するために、栄養価の高い具材を加えるものなどの工夫はあったが、焼成物の見た目が悪く、風味と味も良くないといった不具合が生じていた。【解決手段】可食性緑色植物の搾汁液を使用することで、葉の臭みがなく、表面が鮮やかな青緑色になるとともに、味と風味もよい穀物粉の焼成物を作ることを見出した。【選択図】図１
