PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food ingredient for cooking, containing stir-fried vegetables and easily usable with a high effect of imparting the flavor of the stir-fried vegetables, and a method for producing the food ingredients for cooking.SOLUTION: Raw vegetables are stir-fried in the coexistence of textured protein ingredients.
