PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary agent for cooking care food with which care food improved in softness, taste, flavor and appearance, and improved in the satisfaction rating of deliciousness visually felt, and adjusted to have desired flexibility is easily, safely and sanitarily cooked without complicated operation nor sophisticated knowledge about catabolic enzyme, also is easily cooked without taking high costs even when using various kinds or a small amount of the care food, and is suitable for cooking the care food in home, a small scale hospital, care facilities and the like and to provide utensils for cooking care food.SOLUTION: The auxiliary agent for cooking care food is introduced in the inner part of food raw material via pressurization, and is used for cooking softened care food while keeping the shape of the food raw material.
